Once again this building is part of the "experimental street" rue de Réaumur where, between 1895 and 1900, architects were aloud to test new style that would mark the evolution of the strict haussmannian period.
On this building the iron structure is no longer hidden behind the stone but reveal it's squeleton to the public as the curved shapes and the floral decoration shows the inspiration of the Art Nouveau style.
